House. Early-mid C19. Dressed limestone, with sandstone quoins; pantile roof;
brick stacks. Central stairhall plan, 1½ rooms deep. Central 4-panel door
under rectangular fanlight. 4-pane sashes throughout except for a later,
narrow, single light sash over entrance. Stone sills to all windows; heavy,
milled lintels to all openings. Newcastle fire mark over first floor centre
window. Coped gables with kneelers. End stacks. Included for group value.
