House. Early C19. Red brick in Flemish bond, roofed with slate. Double-pile
plan facing NE, with one internal stack at each side and one at rear. C20
lean-to conservatory to left. 2 storeys. 3-window range of early C19 sashes of
16 lights, with plastered flat arches and crown glass. Central 6-panel door,
the upper 4 panels glazed, in reeded architrave with paterae. Original cast
iron porch with heavy scrolled ornament and flat roof. Hipped roof of shallow
pitch with long overhanging eaves. Similar windows in the right return. The
owner reports that it was built in 1835.
