Cottage. Circa early C18. Rendered cob and rubble walls. Thatched roof gabled to left and hipped to right. Brick stack at gable end.
Plan: 2 room plan with larger heated room to left. Probably C19 lean-to outbuilding added at left-hand end.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Regular 2 window front of C19 or early C20 small-paned
casements - 3-light to left and 2-light to right, apart from later C20 window on
ground floor to right. Slight projection at centre of front with C20 plank and part-glazed door. Lean-to against left-hand end.
Interior: inaccessible at time of survey.
