House. Mid C19, with few later alterations. Slatestone rubble. Asbestos slate
roof with gable ends. Gable end stack to left with brick shaft, shared with the
adjoining house.
Plan: 2-room plan, with one room to front and rear to left, and the entrance to
right.
Exterior: 2 storeys and one window. C19 4-pane sash in eared architrave at ground
and first floor to left. Plinth. To right, a panelled and glazed C19 door with
round-arched glazing, recessed with a similar eared architrave. The upper part of
the right gable end is slate-hung.
Interior: Not inspected.
