House. Early - mid C19 with few later alterations. Stone rubble, rendered and lined
out at ground floor, slate-hung and painted at first floor. Asbestos slate roof with
ridge tiles and gable ends. Gable end stacks, rendered to left and with brick shaft
to right.
Plan: 2-room plan, each room of nearly equal size and with central entrance.
Exterior: 2 storeys on plinth, a symmetrical 3 window front. First floor has 3 early
C19 16-pane sashes in exposed boxes. Ground floor has C19 6-panelled door in plain
recessed porch. Later C19 16-pane sash to left and right. The right side is
roughcast with external stack. The rear has single storey slate-hung lean-to with
C20 door and 2 windows. The rear of the main house is slate-hung with C20 window at
first floor to left.
