C18 and C19, much altered in C20. The main part is granite rubble with new
slate hanging to 2nd floor. Slate hipped roof At right angles to South Cliff
with end facing the harbour of 3 storeys, one window, 2nd floor wide modern
casement, 1st floor wide square bay window, ground floor C20 glazed balcony
cantilevered over harbour. To left overlooking harbour, C18 rubble, slate roof,
2 storeys, 3 windows, casements and sashes with glazing bars, modern casement
ground floor. Road elevation granite ground floor, slate hung above, no window.
Included for group value.
