Early C19. Rubble, granite quoins and lintels. Slate roof with gable ends.
2 storeys. 4 windows, sashes without glazing bars, revealed casing. 2 plain
central doorways with narrow rectangular fanlights. Including outbuilding wing
at rear along Brook Street. Included for group value.
