Early C19. Whitewashed granite rubble. Slurried slate roof. One storey and
basement. 2 windows, sashes without glazing bars, central recessed doorway,
steps with simple iron railings and area railings. Included for group value.

Mill Cottage and Nos 1, 2 and 3 form a group toghether with Nos 1 and 2 Trembath
Place.
