Row of probable pigs' houses and open-fronted cart shed. Circa mid C19, probably
contemporary with the estate farmhouse (qv Newchurches Farmhouse) which was built for
E. Coode in 1854. Stone rubble with brick dressings. Rag slate roof with hipped
ends.
Plan: Overall rectangular plan with a row of probable pigs houses on the south
(right hand) side and an open-fronted cart shed on the north (left hand) side. Forms
east side of estate farmyard.
Exterior: Single storey. Row of plank doors with brick segmental arches on right
and centre and open-fronted cart shed on left. Row of plank doors in rear elevation.
Interior: not inspected.
Forms part of group with barn on west and south side of yard (qv barn with horse
engine house and water wheel) and with Newchurches Farmhouse.
