House. Circa late C17. Stone rubble and cob, rendered and painted, and hung with
rag slates on left hand side. Rag slate roof with gable end on right and hipped end
on left. Stone rubble end stack with brick shaft on right.
Plant: 2-room single depth plan; entrance directly into larger hall-kitchen on right,
heated by end stack. Smaller unheated room probably a dairy on left. Small back
kitchen added in lean-to outshut to rear of right hand room.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Regular 2 window front with entrance to left of centre. C19
open porch with circa late C18 panelled door. C19 16-pane sash to left and 20-pane
sash to right. Two C19 16-pane sashes on first floor.
Interior: Plastered ceilings and complete internal partitions.
