Chimney stack to former tin mine, now derelict. Probably later C19. uncoursed
granite and kinds rubble. Slightly tapered cylinder with small rectangular
openings at ground level on east and west sides, brick cornice, former brick
upper stage missing. Forms part of conspicuous and attractively sited group
within sight of remains of Basset Mines at Carnkie, Carn Brea (q.v.).
