A terrace of 5 houses. Early C19. White brick; hipped slate
roof with a wide eaves soffit. A splayed angle at the corner
is corbelled out above. 4 large internal chimney-stacks have
plain rectangular shafts, 3 with groups of chimney pots.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys and cellars. 5 window range to Westgate
Street: all sashes in plain reveals with flat gauged arches;
Nos 58 and 61 with a single vertical glazing-bar to lights,
the remainder with 12-pane sashes. 6-panelled doors to Nos 58,
59 and 60 and a 2-panelled door to No.61, all in semicircular
arched brick surrounds. Fanlights with original radiating
glazing-bars, except at No.61, which is blank.
No.34 College Street has a 4 window range: 16-pane and 12-pane
sashes in plain reveals with flat gauged arches; one upper
blank; a plain semicircular brick surround to the doorway and
a 4-panel door with radiating glazing bars to the fanlight.
