west of Merther-Uny House

Former possibly stables with accommodation over. C18, roof pitch lowered in the
C19. Granite rubble with granite moorstone dressings. Grouted scantle slate roof.
Large external rubble stack at left-hand gable end. Plan: Now 1 rectangular room
with blocked fireplace at first floor at left-hand end. Exterior: 2 storeys with
first floor window opening just above ground floor openings and tight under the
eaves. Nearly symmetrical 2 window south front with doorway central between small
window openings. Openings boarded over. Interior: Unplastered walls, C19 roof
structure.
