Lobby-entrance house, late C17, extended in C20. Timber framed, plastered, roof
thatched. 3 bays aligned east-west, exial chimney stack at west end of middle
bay, forming a lobby-entrance. Single storey extensions at west end one lean-to,
one flat-roofed, C20. South elevation, one C20 bay window with tiled hipped roof
and imitation diamond glazing, plain door with tiled hipped porch, C20, original
tiled gabled dormer with C20 casement window. Roof half-hipped at both ends.
2 stairs. Some timber framing exposed internally, primary straight bracing, unjowled
wallposts, straight tiebeams, all pegged construction. RCHM 7.
