C1837-50. 2 storeys and 3 windows. Brick with rounded corner of header courses
partly patched with render to Hatton Avenue. Modern casement windows. Late
C19 shop front on ground floor to left. Central pilaster doorpiece and glazing
bars; rectangular light above. Dairy shop on ground floor to left. 2 ridge
chimneys. Slate roof felted. Plastic downcover on front elevation.
