Circa 1830-40. Two storeys, rear attic and basement. Two windows. Painted brick with brick flat arches, slate roof. Wooden gutter with modillions. Ground and first floor cill bands. Basement blocked. Good Ionic doorcase to left with blocking course, four-panelled door and six panelled reveals. Dormer to rear and also a round leaded window (blocked).
