House; now shop on ground floor. Early C19. Dressed sandstone;
Welsh slate roof; stone gable coping (RHS); 2 stone stacks with
cornice caps (LHS shared with 49 Westgate). 2 storeys. Central
6-panelled door; rectangular fanlight; painted keystone. Late
C19 rectangular shop bay window to LHS with sashes, white glazed-
brick stall riser and metal arrow shaped ventilators above. Shop
doorway to. LHS with pilaster-and-entablature surround; 4-panelled
door (top 2 lift out revealing iron bars); rectangular fanlight;
panelled reveals. Through-passageway to RHS with stone lintel;
double, vertically-boarded doors. Late C19 first floor canted
bay windows with sashes (LHS); sash with glazing bars, painted
stone sill and keystone (RHS). Rusticated quoins.
