Was originally a vicarage. C18 detached house, 3 storeys, brick on stone base,
wood eaves cornice and small frieze. 5 sash windows, moulded stone architrave
to centre, others plain; brick heads, stone sills. 6 octagon panel door, stone
surround, 3/4 Roman Doric columns and pediment, and semi-circular fanlight.

Nos 76 to 86 (even) Borough Treasurer's Office and Bank House, Town Hall with Eastern
and Western outbuildings Entrance gates, piers and lamps, lamps on east and west
drives form a group with Nos 73, l0lA, lOlB.
