Eaves Brow Farmhouse

Farm House, said to be 1703, brown brick with slate roof, 2 storeys 2
bays. Studded door on strap hinges in heavy frame, transome and
mullion casements. Facade in Flemish Bond in C18 bricks but C17
bricks in gable. Timber eaves gutter, gable end stacks. Outshot at
rear has ledged and battended door in heavy oak dowelled frame and
bevelled beam.
Interior: Ledged and battened doors and bevelled beams. The adjacent
barn of small bricks with stone slate roof, sandstone ridge and eaves
gutter is much altered.
