Grove Farmhouse

GV II

C18 with additions. Local pinkish brick with brick dentil cornice. Slightly
swept pantiled roof with stone coped gable ends. Two storeys, two windows plus a
pent west extension. C19 hind's cottage addition of one bay, in factory brick.
End and party chimneys. Stone cills and C19 chamfered and moulded lintels to
restored sash windows with glazing bars. Central modern front door with hood
missing. Window has replaced door in extension.
