Cottage early C17 recased in brown brick probably mid C19. English
garden wall bond brickwork; clay tile roof. 1 storey plus attic; 3
rooms; flush front gable over middle room. 3 small 4-pane casements
to lower storey; 3-light wood-mullioned casement in front gable;
outshut against left end; ridge chimney between central and right
rooms; former doorway just right of chimney, bricked up. Entrance now
through left outshut. Rear fenestration altered.
Interior: Altered lobby-entrance plan; complete oak frame between
central and left rooms, the faces of posts and rails in left room
unwrought; some timbers reused. Stop-chamfered oak beams. Stair
replaced.
