North wing of No. 38 (Pine House), now a separate house. Mid C18th. Coursed
rubble; slate mansard roof with coped raised verges. 2 storeys and attics in
modern dormers. 4 windows: 2-light casements on ground floor; glazing bar
sashes in architraves on first floor. Elevation to road has one glazing bar
sash window and large vehicle entrance with pedestrian door inset.
