5 chest tombs. Mid - late C18th and early C19th. Ashlar. Panelled sides with
moulded cornice. (1) 1780 f.f. Hartley. Corner balusters, panels and frieze.
(2) C.1821. Silverthornene. Plain inscribed panels. (3) Davis. (4) 1803. Lee
of Bath. Plain, inscribed panels. (5) 1785. Bourn. Corner balusters, inscribed
panels and decorative frieze. The chest tombs represent a good collection of
classical and traditional local forms and contribute to the setting of the
church.
