Farmhouse. Circa early C19. Local freestone ashlar to front and left-hand side,
otherwise killas rubble. Granite arches over the openings. Grouted scantle slate
hipped roof with brick chimney over each side wall near the front and 2 brick
chimneys over the rear wall. Cast-iron ogee-section gutters.
Plan: Double-depth plan with 2 rooms at the front, flanking a central entrance hall
leading to stair hall behind the right-hand room and large service rooms at the rear.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Symmetrical 3-window entrance front with central round-head
doorway. C20 door with original spoked fanlight. Window openings are spanned by
shallow granite arches. All arches have granite keyblocks. C20 windows.
Interior: Not inspected.
