Late C18 or early C19, red brick, part colourwashed, hipped Welsh slate roof.
Two storeys and basement. At rear - two three-light windows ground floor wood
mullions, one French window, one double hung sash with glazing bars. Cast iron
verandah on cement rendered round arched terrace. Segmental relieving arches above
verandah canopy, over ground floor windows. First floor casements with brick
mullions, flat arches, no glazing bars and brick band at cill level. Brick modillion
cornice and lead covered blocking course.
Front has three double hung sashes with glazing bars in reveals with flat arches.
Rendered colourwashed plinth, double hung sashes with glazing bars in reveals with
flat arches on either side of Corinthian porch of dwarf columns and pilasters, up
steps. Entablature has dentil cornice and flat roof.
Two storey recessed to left hand of front, of brick and slate roof.
