Farmhouse. Mid-late C17. Coursed squared millstone grit, stone slate roof.
2 storeys, 2 lst-floor windows, wing to rear right, rear entry. South front:
quoins. Double-chamfered mullion windows, on ground floor of 3, 4 and 2
lights, on lst floor 2 of 2 lights, some mullions renewed. Corniced stack
on left in front roof pitch; further stack to right gable. Ashlar coping.
Finial to left gable. Rear: C20 door on right with a 3-light flat-faced
mullion window (possibly renewed) to its left and single-light window to
left again. Above, to left, a 2-light double-chamfered mullion window.
Wing, single-storey and gabled, has quoins, small inserted light, shaped
kneelers, ashlar coping and corniced gable stack. In its right return is
a 4-light flat-faced mullion window and in its left return a door with tie-
stones on left and a 4-light flat-faced mullion window. Right return of
house has two 2-light flat-faced mullion windows to lst floor. Interior
not inspected.
