3 cottages dated 1770 which now form a single residence. Hammer-dressed stone,
stone slate roof. 2 storeys. Raised quoins, window and door surrounds. 3 bays
of 2-light flat faced mullioned sashed windows to each floor. Those to lst
floor retain sashes with 12-pane glazing those to ground floor have modern small
pane glazing in keeping. Set between 1st 2 bays is gabled porch with 2-light
chamfered mullioned window, mid C20, in keeping with side entrance. Original
doorways paired together between 2nd and 3rd bays, each with expressed keystone,
now form windows. 3rd bay has date carved in relief on lintel. Convex moulded
stone gutter. Stack to right hand gable and one other to ridge.
