Farmhouse probably of C17 origin largely rebuilt late C18 and with early C19
cottage built on. Sandstone "brick" with flush quoins. Stone slate roofs
with saddlestones and large shaped kneelers. Cottage extension has 4 light
square mullion windows, 3 light to farmhouse, in squared surrounds and mid C19
canted bay window on ground floor. Squared jamb doorways. To rear of farmhouse
the walls are rendered, 2 light square mullion windows.
