House, now two. Early-mid C18 with early-mid C19 alterations. Gritstone
rubble, graduated stone slate roof. 2 storeys, 2 bays with large quoin to
right. Board door to original entrance (No. 14) on left, in eared
architrave with cornice and recess above. Inserted glazed door (No. 12) to
right in plain stone surround. Fenestration: 3 original windows in
architraves: one of 3 lights to right of original door and 2 similar
windows on first floor of 3 and 2 lights. An inserted window in plain
stone surround far right. Interior not inspected at resurvey.
