House, 1672. Coursed rubble with stone slate roof and stone ridge. A single range of
2 storeys, possibly originally with a cross-passage. Main facade has large squared
quoins. There are 5 windows to the ground floor all with double chamfered surrounds,
but lacking all mullions and with some stonework recently renewed. These were
formerly of 3, 2, 1, 4 and 3 lights. Doorway with altered lambs. First floor has
similar windows of 3, 2, 2 and 3 lights with "ICM 1672" carved over. Modern lattice
casements to all windows. Two chimneys. In right hand gable wall is one double
chamfered stone mullion window of 2-lights. At rear an outshut has another similar,
and in the wall opposite the front door is a chamfered surround now joining 2 windows
vertically.
The interior is largely altered and an inscription recorded in the old list has been
removed. Heavy tie beam roof with angle struts.
