House and cottage. Early C19. Coursed, watershot rubble, artificial tile
roof. 2 storeys, 4 bays in all. Quoins overall. House, of 3 bays: central
part-glazed door below fanlight in round-arched ashlar surround with
keystone. Sash windows with projecting sills and sill-like lintels. To
right, cottage: with one bay of sash windows with glazing bars with
projecting sills and sill-like lintels, and end entry. Shaped kneelers,
ashlar copings overall. Stacks to ends of house and end right of cottage.
