Mill-house and corn watermill, now 2 dwellings and farmhouse. House dated
1784. Rubble stone slate roofs. House and mill at right angles. House: 3
storeys, 3 first-floor windows with rear wing. Central board door in ashlar
surround with rounded inner corners to lintel and imposts. Window openings
under monolithic lintels, C20 casements except for top right, which is the
original 3-light side-sliding sash. Shaped kneelers, ashlar copings, stacks
at ends and between bays 2 and 3. Left front kneeler inscribed
"IRI:H. 1784". Mill projecting to right: 3 storeys, 3 first-floor windows,
with 2- storey extension to front. 4-pane sash windows, shaped kneelers,
ashlar coping, end stack to front.
