Cottage at right angles to road. C17. Cob, rendered, with
thatched roof. Single storey and attic, 3 bays. Lobby entry plan
with gabled porch to the 2 bays nearest road, perhaps replacing
adjacent blocked door. Leaded timber windows. Third bay probably
an addition. Two flush dormers each side and brick stack. Roof
half hipped.
Wall to north garden, cob on flint footings, with thatched coping.
Approximately 20m long.
