Cottage end on to road. Early C18. Flint with some dispersed
brick and chalk blocks, brick quoins and dressings, thatched roof.
Two storeys, 2 bays. Lobby entry plan with entrance, a C20 half-
glazed door and thatch canopy, and C19 three-light timber casement
windows. Segmental headed openings to ground floor. Central brick
stack with drip courses and 4 flues. Gable half-hipped, rendered
on timber framing.
