6/5 Bank Farm Farmhouse

Farmhouse, mid C18. Brick with plinth, rusticated quoins and coved
eaves cornice of sandstone. Grey slate roofs with flush gable
chimneys of brick, stone-capped. A symmetrical rectangular house of 2
storeys and 3 windows with a somewhat later brick lean-to at back,
toothed into end walls. Brick dentils beneath cornice; gauged brick
heads to window and door openings; sandstone cills; small-pane iron
casements inserted circa 1850, probably in the original openings.
Front door of 5 flush panels, top panel later glazed. Interior not
inspected.
