House and shop now a house. C17 with early C19 and later alterations. Red
brick with burnt brick headers, plain tiled roof, central ridge stack. Two
storeys with later brick gable lean-tos. C20 six-panelled glazed door with
flat canopy supported on shaped brackets replacing two original doorways with
cambered brick arches. Large fixed-light transomed shop window with wooden
cornice. Three-light casement window to left hand and two similar first
floor windows. Lean-to to right hand interrupts the earlier garden boundary
wall with diaper pattern work. Interior: Some exposed C17 timber- frame.
