GV II

House formerly public house. Mid C17, with c.1800 crosswing enlargement.
Timber-framed, roughcast rendered and tiled roof with original red brick
ridge stack of two flues and string course and capping. Original plan of two
bays and lobby entry. One storey and attic. Two mid C20 dormers, and two
mid C20 leaded light casements on either side of doorway to lobby entry.
Crosswing of brick, painted, and tiled with small grey brick ridge stack.
Two storeys with two brick band between. Segmental arch to one C20 large
pane window at each storey. Entry to the crosswing in a doorway, in the main
range with early C19 flush panelled door.
