House c.1845. Gault brick with hipped, slate roof and internal stacks.
Double pile plan. Two storeys and cellars. Symmetrical facade of three
recessed twelve pane hung sashes with raised stucco surrounds. Six steps
lead up to central doorway with stucco surround and moulded cornice.
Including the front wall and cast iron railings and gate.
