Mid C19 symmetrical pair of houses. Local brown brick; slate
roof with parapet gables and end stacks. Three storeys with
basement. Four first and second floor six-paned hung sash
windows in cambered gauged red brick arches with stone cills.
Two large six-paned hung sash windows, flank matching pair of
six-panelled doors with rectangular fanlights. Entrances
approached by stone steps with low brick walls with stone
coping. Railings and gates to street with steps to basement.
Two hung sash basement windows and two half-glazed doors.
Interior has a good open-string staircase and original panelled
doors and chimney pieces.
