House built later in same style as pair of Jacobean-Gothic
revival houses built by Algenon Peckover (1803-1893) between
1854 and 1860. Yellow gault brick with limestone dressings,
tiled roof with patterned ridge tiles. Two storeys.
Crenellated parapet. Stack to right hand. Oak door to left-
hand with square-headed arch with drip mould. Two storey canted
bay window of five casement lights with transomes and leaded
lights at ground floor.
