School House

School and adjoining school house built in 1865 by Rev. W
Godfrey, Lord of the Manor and Rector. Knapped flint with
yellow gault brick quoins and red brick banding and decoration
to window arches. Graded slate roofs. L-plan; house to
north-east of one storey and attic, single storey school room to
south-west. Lean-to porch in angle with boarded door shaped to
pointed brick arch. Two casement windows of two lights with
latticed iron glazing bars in pointed brick arches with recessed
brick panel in arch. Similar windows to house flank open,
gabled porch with boarded door in painted brick arch.
