Cottage, late C16 or early C17. Timber-framed and plastered
with frame exposed in east gable wall. Plain tile roofs.
L-plan. Two local C17 brick stacks, partly reduced to street
range and plastered, grouped diagonal shafts to rear stack;
later painted brick side stack to east. One storey and attic.
Front elevation has three gabled dormer windows with modern
lattice light casements. Plastered, coved eaves cornice. Three
modern casement windows at ground floor. Main entrance in
outshut to rear.
