House. C18. Red brick with some blue brick. Large half hipped gambrel roof.
Dentilled eaves cornice. 2 red brick chimney stacks with 4 square attached
shafts, bands and moulded capping. 2 storeys and attics. 4 window range of
mainly 3 light casements transomed with glazing bars. Gauged brick arches over.
2 window range to left return now blocked. Central recessed panelled door
with 4 lights in moulded surround with convex frieze and moulded pediment.
C18 and C19 doors and mouldings internally. H. De Vere Stacpool wrote 'The
Blue Lagoon' in this house.
