Former Manse c1840-50. Red brick, tile-hung on 1st floor, with painted
dressings; Welsh slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Symmetrical elevation having
pilaster strips to corners; central C20 glazed door with 3-pane overlight;
flanking 16-pane sashes on each floor; round-arched sash over door with radial
glazing bars to head, all openings with architraves. Hipped oversailing roof
with lateral stacks. Right return; door on right below lst-floor window as
front. Rear wing.
