Small house. Early C19, altered C20. Part stock brick, painted
stuccoed front. Low pitch, hipped, slate roof. Rectangular
plan with one bay extension at rear in similar style.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys. Chimneys at either end of ridge. Entrance
(south-west) front: symmetrical. 3 bays. Plinth, plat band at
first floor level; parapet. Sash windows with glazing bars in
moulded architrave surrounds, centre window on first floor has
a round-arched head. Entrance door of 6-fielded panels with
rectangular fanlight over in moulded architrave surround.
