By Teulon probably and dated 1855 similar to Nos 1 to 6 on the opposite side
of the road. Gothicised 2 storey block, red brick with gault brick banding,
of estate cottages. 2 broad gables flank chimney stack with date plaque. 2
smaller gables to left over 1st floor windows. Ground floor has stepped brick
buttresses. 2 and 3 light wood mullioned casements, some with gualt brick pointed
relieving arches on 1st floor. Plain cottage doors.
