1853 probably Teulon, and similar to Nos 7 to 12 on opposite side of road. Inter-linked L-plan group of estate cottages. 2 storeys, red brick with gault brick banding. Irregular gables, tiled roofs with grouped Jacobeathan chimneys or external chimney stacks. 2 and 3 light wood mullioned-transomed casements. Plain doorways.
