C17 timber building, considerably altered early C19 and this century. 2 storeys,
the frame concealed by stucco facing. Steep gable end old tile roof. 2 flat
roofed semi dormers, altered C20 and large gabled pair of 2 lights. transomed
to right hand with C20 framing and casements. Ground floor from right to left has:
small paned early C19 window; door in architrave surround; to centre projecting
early C19 rectangular bay of 3 glazing bar sashes to front, one each side, divided
and flanked by fluted pilaster strips, later parapet; flush framed glazing bar
sash and C20 timber gabled porch to left. The adjoining cottage to west is
early C19 2 storeys painted brick with rendered 1st floor. Low pitch slate
roof. 3 casements to 1st floor, single and coupled glazing bar flush framed
sashes to ground floor. Panelled and glazed door with cornice hood on shaped
brackets.
