Lodge to Shottesbrooke Park (q.v.). Early mid C19, altered C20. Part flint with Bath stone dressings, part brick. Tiled roof over higher section, slate roof over lower section. Rectangular plan, two cells, two storeys and one storey. Two chimneys with ornate clay pots, leaded casement windows.

South front: one bay. Coped gable with chequered flint and stone in tympanum. Two, three-stage weathered diagonal buttresses. Small ogee-headed single-light window at first floor, planked entrance door in moulded stone architrave with four centred arch and hoodmould; stone step.

Road (east) front: left-hand section has parapet with stone coping, and single-light windows in stone surrounds; one on first floor, two on ground floor, the window on the left has an ogee-head. Right-hand section has brick on first floor with two windows in wooden frames; flint ground floor with a three-light window in stone surround. On the right of this is a single-storey section of flint and brick. Three single-light windows with pointed heads and wooden frames; a planked door between second and third winds.
