No. 47 (including former No. 45) and No. 49 (The Corner House)

House and cottage (No. 45). C18 and dated 1731. Coursed rubblestone.
Plain tile roofs. 2 storeys, nos. 47 and 49 with attics. Nos. 47 and 49.
Range of 4 bays. Central and end brick stacks. Central doorway and
blocked doors with keystones between bays 1 and 2 and 3 and 4. All
windows with keystones, some carved with foliage and bosses. Date
stone between 1st floor windows' inscribed 'WK 1731' with cornice over.
No. 47 has modern 2 light windows, No. 49 modern barred windows with
full width fanlights To west of No. 47 is 2 bay stone range with 2
casements and door.
Attached and part of No. 47 is No. 45 . C18. 1½ bays with left hand
door and lean-to to north. Coved stone eaves. Modern casements.
